We had a great time in Aruba! No delays in any of our flights. The ground transportation was alright, but we had to wait for 45 minutes or so to fill up the bus. We took a cab on our way back. Although we were required to be at the airport 3 hours prior the airlines had no personal available for check in. The hotel was exceptional. The buffet restaurant was excellent. We were surprised at the quality and the variety of foods available. The reservation restaurants weren`t quite up to par with the buffet. It seemed the menu items could be found in the buffet and the menu was very limited. The only difference was you had to make reservations. Although you got your own food at the buffet, the wait staff were top notch and right at the table with drinks and to clear dishes. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We did have to ask to have the minibar replenished. It would have been nice to have some sort of snack available in the minibar as well. We found the hotel very clean and room service was quick. Housekeeping changed the towels everyday. One concern was when we used the glasses in the room they were not replaced, they were just rinsed out. All in all it was a great trip and we would certainly reccomend the hotel and your services. We might be interested in something in Europe say, Rome and Paris, but we know first class arrangements to get there are much more costly. Although we do have a good number of miles with US Airways.
