We had a great time?It is a wonderful resort. Getting to the resort was confusing. There was no transfer to the hotel and a lot of opportunistic Taxis waiting to take advantage of that situation. I assumed (all inclusive) there was transfer available and was wrong? my fault for not asking the question. I?ll know better next time. If you don?t include it in the package maybe you should share with your customers the best way to get to the resort. Service was outstanding?food was average compared to everything else but I wasn?t there to eat anyway. Overall it was great and I would recommend it and your service to my friends.
