I am speaking for the rest of the family and would like to say we had an absolutely fantastic time. The trip was fabulous. The reception at the RIU was fantastic, the accommodations were superb, décor wise, cleanliness, attention to detail, service, features, etc. Even booking into the finer restaurants on the resort was a breeze. Food was great, they probably had themed night every other day and entertainment was enjoyable. Our children certainly loved every second of it. We were able to relax and chill while our kids wandered off nearly 98% of our time there. Top notch, high recommended. What would have made it even better is if they had wireless access. As for the transportation to and from the resort, it was good?.except on the way back the bus made too many stops and we were packed like sardines---with passengers practically holding on to luggage?s the entire trip to stop it from toppling on us.
