General Facility Description
This new property is nestled just off the main passage of Rodney Bay, located directly behind sister property Coco Kreole, where guests will be able to access to the neighboring amenities (surcharges may apply). Following in the footsteps of her sister property, the Coco Palm will not offer a reception desk. Instead, hosts will escort you to your room, where a brief check-in takes place and immediately you can begin to relax. The French Creole inspired property features two swimming pools, a gym and massage facilities. There is a cafe, which will offer snacks and beverages, along with magazines and newspapers, one Cuban themed cocktail bar, one indoor air-conditoned restaurant and one alfresco restaurant.

Beach Pass:
Beach pass is valid for guests at both Kreole and Palm. Cost is $20,00 per person per day and includes the shuttle ride to and from the beach, beach chair, umbrella and non-motorized watersports.(limited 30 minutes per sport)

Shuttle runs from 9 am to 5 pm and does run every hour on the hour

The hotel offers 83 guestrooms and suites in a four-story building designed like a Parisian apartment block but with Caribbean styling, including yellow exterior, white fretwork, green balcony railings, and red-steel roofs. French balconies (sliding doors with railing), walk-out balconies, or ground-floor patios provide garden or pool views.
All rooms are equiped with Air Conditioning and Ceiling Fans, Cordless Phones, Direct Dialing, 24 hr Room Service,Clock Radio and CD Player, TV and DVD player, Mini Fridge, Coffee and Tea maker, Hair Dryers, Irons and Ironing Boards, Personal Combination Safe and Wireless Internet access.
Each room upon arrival will have cold bottled water waiting! The rooms are French Creole style; suites feature gorgeous 4 post beds. Suites have seperate living and bedroom area, 2 Bathrooms, Poster Beds, I Pod and MP3 interface and Flat Screen TVs. Expect bright colors, simple furniture and excellent amenities. Each floor also features dedicated hosts to ensure that you have everything you will need. Bathrooms have shower/ tub combination or shower only, with rain drop shower heads.
