St Lucia Vacations
|
| A small, lush tropical gem that is still relatively unknown. The rainforest preserves of St. Lucia's mountainous interior are one of the Caribbean's finest locales for hiking and bird watching. The island also possesses excellent facilities for golf, tennis, sailing, snorkeling and scuba diving. Not to be missed is St. Lucia's Soufriere volcano, the world's only drive-in volcanic crater. |

| General Facility Description |
The 9 villas and 23 suites, each with a private plunge pool, overlooking the famous Piton Mountains, a UNESCO World heritage site, the Caribbean Sea and the Soufriere valley. Ladera is know for its distinctive eco-lodge architecture, built with Caribbean timbers and modeled on luxury tree-house living, and a relaxed, barefoot lifestyle. Villas and suites were intentionally built without a fourth wall, yet are designed to be sheltered, safe, and completely private. The design affords spectacular sunset views and unobstructed star gazing at night.
Eight luxurious Dream Suites complement the Villas and Piton Suites. Introduced last year, the Dream Suites are larger, have two levels of living space, they also feature the famously unobstructed views and are designed in Ladera's elegant tropical architecture, using polished hard woods, crisp white linens and colorful tile and stone work by local artisans. A private deck and a spiral staircase lead to a private plunge pool.
This is the most authentic and original luxury open-air design hotel, with just 32 suites. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and 24-hour check-out services. Amenities at the hotel include currency exchange facilities, the Dasheene Restaurant, a concierge and a complimentary beach shuttle. Guests can take advantage of the hotel's laundry service and, for an additional fee, they can use the on-site Internet access.
Each suite has a private plunge pool and unobstructed views of the Pitons and sunsets from the terrace. Amenities include a shower, hairdryer, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. |
