Customers that have to cancel their trip to St. Maarten due to a hurricane warning/watch, there will be no cancellation penalty, and all customers that have to have an earlier departure due to the hurricane warning/watch, all non-used nights and non-used purchased meal plans will be refunded.
In the event that the customers are unable to leave either Hotel due to the St. Maarten Airport closure or cancellation of outbound flights due to a Hurricane warning, those customers will receive up to three nights accomodation of their stay at no cost.

Activities
Sunbathe on the huge ocean-front deck, or lounge beneath an umbrella on the sandy beach. Take a dip in the ocean and laze by the ocean-front freshwater pool while enjoying cool tropical drinks served from the pool bar. For your fun in the sun, kayaks, paddle boats, sailboats, windsurfers and snorkeling equipment are also available at the watersports center. A pleasurable five minute walk along the water will find you in the lovely harbor area of Marigot with its incredible shopping, sidewalk restaurants, fabulous dining, local grills, colorful open air market, friendly people, historical sites and cultural experiences.
Conveniently located at the Beach Plaza is a small boutique offering island gifts and souvenirs, a car rental agency and an activities center. A complimentary casino shuttle is offered nightly.

I requested a king-size bed in a non-smoking room, and paid for ocean-view - and that is exactly what we got.
The hotel was as described on your website, and fully met our expectations. The location was very good, and there was no problems at all with the reservation.
