Significant changes for The Knutsford include a brand new lobby, lobby gift shop, state of the art business center, expanded and up-graded banquet facilities offering just over 10,000 square feet of meeting space with the largest room seating 300 persons for a banquet. Up-grades in the public areas and security is a primary with the addition of a state of the art camera system, up-graded electronic lock system, new fire prevention system that includes smoke detectors as well as 24-hour security guard presence.
