RESTAURANTS AND BARS:
HEMINGWAY RESTAURANT: This freestanding beachside restaurant is so
popular on the island that advance reservations are a must. The casual ambience
of Hemingway dining room overlooking Seven Mile Beach, combined with the award-winning,
sophisticated Caribbean cuisine, are reasons why Hemingway has been the island's
most popular restaurant for years.
Reservations are recommended for both lunch and dinner.
BAMBOO: This popular high-energy lounge happens to have the best sushi
bar on the island. Enjoy an atmosphere of understated elegance with an Asian
influence, as our staff tempts you with an elaborate array of sushi, sashimi,
appetizers, specialty drinks, desserts, and much more. Your evening would not
be complete without sampling a "Kazatini" or a "Red Dragon", and mingling with
Cayman's social set.
Take a scenic drive to Rum Point Restaurant and Rum Point Wreck Bar
& Grill for fabulous seafood and West Indian specialties.

This five-story resort offers 53 suites. Each one-bedroom suite offers 640 square feet of living space, a king bed in the main bedroom, which is private from the living room, a large bathroom with double sinks and oversize tubs, a living room with a sofa bed, kitchenette, and dining table. One rollaway bed is allowed in each guestroom.
Each suite offers a step-out balcony with views of the famed Seven Mile Beach.
The Ocean View Suites have a spectacular view of the ocean, beach and swimming pools.
Each of the four two-bedroom Ocean Front Suites features a large 680 square foot, fully furnished terrace directly overlooking the white sands of Seven Mile Beach and the crystal clear Caribbean Sea.

Each one-bedroom suite has a king bedroom and a dining room that seats four. Maximum occupancy is two adults and two children, or three adults.

TWO BEDROOM OCEANVIEW BEACH SUITE
The two-bedroom suites have a king size bed in the master bedroom, and two twins in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a connecting bathroom, and the dining table seats six. Maximum occupancy is five adults in this 1,400 square foot suite.
The ground floor contains two beautiful outdoor swimming pools and a swim up bar, lobby and concierge, clothing and sundry store, the Royal Crown meeting room water sports center, Hemingway and Bamboo restaurants and a fully equipped fitness room.

Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman Beach Suites. Spa is open daily from 8am.
POOLS AND JACUZZIS: The Beach Suites on Seven Mile
Beach have two pools, with a swim-up bar overlooking the ocean and a Whirlpool
overlooking the pools. These pools are wheelchair accessible, and towels are
available at the hut beside the pool.
No life guard is on duty at these pools.
HEALTH CLUB:
For your physical exercise and enjoyment the hotel features a state-of-the-art,
Health Club overlooking the pools on the beach. The Health Club can be reached
by using the exclusive overpass (bridge). The Health Club in the Beach Suites
complex features the following equipment:

The Health Club is open 24 hours. Children under 16 years old are not admitted.
BEACH INFORMATION: Seven Mile Beach, just steps away
from the Beach Suites is a sandy beach, suitable for swimming, snorkeling, sailing,
jogging, scuba diving and many more water activities.
RED SAIL SPORTS: Red Sail Sports is the Hyatt's own
exclusive full water sports operation, located at the Hyatt Beach and at Rum
Point. They have everything you need when it comes to fun in the sun activities,
from catamaran sailing, diving, beach toys, to Red Hot resort wear, gifts and
sundry items.
