| Liberia is the central of stopover distribution, scale and excursion for the Guanacaste area. There are many beaches to choose from. Among them are Panama, Playa Hermosa, Del Coco, and Ocotal. Several protected areas may be visited from Liberia, including Santa Rosa National Park near the town of La Cruz and Rincón de la Vieja National Park. You should stay a minimum of 3-7 nights at any of the hotels in Guanacaste Province - some hotels require 5 nights stays during peak season. Papagayo Gulf is not a white sandy beach area. Ocotal is a Great choice for divers and couples. |

Situated on Flamingo Beach, a blue flag, ecological beach, this resort caters to families, couples, and wedding groups. The resort completed an important renovation in December, 2007 adding new, upgraded guest rooms, upgraded pool, gardens, and a new two-story restaurant / bar with views of the Pacific ocean.
