| General Facility Description |
There is a large, modern, first floor lobby featuring hunter green marble floors with soft beige walls and vinyl, overstuffed couches and chairs throughout. Large trees and `art deco` paintings add the finishing touches with floor to ceiling windows. This newly constructed hi-rise, featuring twelve floors with an indoor corridor, is located on the corner of 13th and Race Streets. The hotel exterior is a two stone stucco with floor to ceiling windows in the lobby and beautifully landscaped exterior. The hotel does not have a restaurant on premises, but is located two blocks from Chinatown, the Hard Rock Cafe, The Reading Terminal Market and Maggiaro.
