Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, safes, a currency exchange desk and a lift in addition to a lounge, a newspaper stand, a games room, a bar, conference facilities and public Internet access. A full service restaurant is open to guests where Polynesian Luau dinner shows occasionally take place. Rooms and laundry services as well as a laundrette are available and there is a playground where younger guests may let off steam. Car parking is on offer to those arriving by car.
