| General Facility Description |
| This is a truly unique Hawaiian Resort, with its spectacular location in an area of natural beauty. The combination of traditional Hawaiian ambience with a dedication to high quality service offers guests a timeless, simple and subtle elegance, whilst making it the ultimate in relaxation and tranquillity. The resort's original garden and oceanfront cottage accommodations, located throughout the resort's gardens, evoke a quaint beachside experience reminiscent of Hawaii's plantation era. The 12-storey Lahaina Kai Tower, having just undergone a 30 million dollar refurbishment, features luxurious island-inspired guest rooms and suites. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, lift access, a bar and a restaurant. Guests are also invited to take advantage of the WLAN access point and the room and laundry services (charges apply). There is parking available for those arriving by car. |

Newly rennovated Lahaina Kai Tower rooms feature rich teak furnishings and fine natural materials, as well as state of the art technology and in-room entertainment such as HD Flat Screen Televisions, Cordless Phones, Wi-Fi, and Ipod ports.

| The resort features two open air oceanfront swimming pools with sun loungers and is set adjacent to the two Kaanapali resort golf courses. It has been named among the top 100 tennis destinations in the world, and features an 11-court tennis ranch. Guests may also relax in the Jacuzzi and enjoy a work-out in the gym.
