This family-friendly hotel is located in southern Kauai on Waipouli Beach in Kappa Town, just a one-hour drive from Waimea Valley or north to Hanalei Valley. The nearby community of Kapaa offers small-town charm and all the expected conveniences. Kauai Village shopping centre is just a stone's throw away with shops, restaurants and galleries. Coconut Market Place is only 800 m from the guests front door with more shopping, dining and a cinema complex. Waikanaloa and Waikapanae Wet Caves are roughly a 90-minute drive away. Amazing condos. Up dated kitchen,washer and dryer in every condo so don't need to pack too much. Please be aware that some hotels in Hawaii will charge a resort fee that varies from $12 to $25 daily (payable at the resort). This is a local decision we have no control over and we regret this inconvenience.

General Facility Description
This all-new resort complex was designed with refinement and distinction and offers 108 apartments. Guests can indulge their senses at this sanctuary of relaxation on the scenic eastern shore of Kauai. On-site is a fantasy pool of lava rock and cascading waterfalls. The hotel also offers a pristine beachfront to gaze upon a glowing sunrise. The resort was recently recognized by the Building Industry Association of Hawaii as a 2006 Parade of Homes standout. There is a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, as well as a restaurant, free parking and laundry service (charges apply).

Superbly fitted kitchens feature Sub-Zero refrigerators, Wolf convection ovens, and sleek granite countertops. In the interest of comfort, each room comes with a king-size bed, satellite TV, radio, direct dial telephone and Internet access. Other facilities include a safe, iron and ironing board, coffe and tea making facilities as well as a terrace or balcony.

The heated soft-water river pool meanders over 0.8 hectares with flumed water slides and 3 sand-bottom spa pools. Landscaped walking paths invite casual strolls to the shore. The Aveda Spa Salon pampers guests with nurturing body care and restorative massage (charges apply). Guests can also relax at the poolside snack bar or work out in the gym (charges apply). Nearby Wailua Golf Course, the area's popular public course, is a traditional favorite of visitors and residents.
