Beautiful white sand beach bordering estuary which is a bird sanctuary- Excellent Kid's club, and one of the largest pool in Los Cabos-The staff is very friendly and professional-next to San Jose del Cabo about 10 minutes from the airport.
General Facility Description
The property is located right on a wide sandy beach with enchanting surf and overlooking the emerald Sea of Cortez, next to San Jose's freshwaters estuary (a bird watcher's heaven). It also contains 3 lighted tennis courts, 24 hours fitness room, supervised kids program, 3 pools with a different enviorment(family, activities and adults only) 2 swim-up bars, 5 restuarants offering a choice of gourmet "a la carte" or buffet, a beautiful beachfront palapa that funtions as a snack bar and mexican theme party. Swimming off the beach is not recommended due to extremely strong undertow.

In la Terraza the guests will
be served authentic Black Angus steaks. Guests can enjoy at nights of the
complete national and international brand drinks. The bar is set in a pleseant
and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by exotic flora and lush gardens.
El Caribeņo is an open
air, ocean side Big Palapa, offering the best burgers in the area, as well
as fast food, tacos, nachos and quesadillas. Conveniently located close to
the activities pool and beach.
Frutas and Flores, the guests
will be able to enjoy delicious and authentic Mexican breakfast and dinner
with an oriental cuisine.
The restaurant with the most exquisite "California Cuisine", Napa,
is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The American style breakfast is served
as a buffet, which guests can consume, indoor or outdoor at the restaurant's
terrace. During lunch and dinnertime, this gourmet restaurant provides fresh
and light products, cooked according to the new "fusion" style.
The wine list is tremendous with and international selection of the finest
wines.
El Patio Gourmet Restaurant,
with impeccable "a la carte" service, wonderful food with the Mexican
flavors and a wide selection of wines, this is perfect setting for a romantic
dining experience. The "nouvelle cuisine" gives the typical Mexican
plates a whole new look.
Ristorante Da Antonio italian
signature restaurant, overlooking the spectacular San Jose Estuary and the
sea of Cortez, offers an a la carte gourmet menu with 25 different International
wines.

Presidente InterContinental offers guests excellently proportioned and cared for rooms. If possible, select a ground-floor oceanfront room; the lower level offers spacious terraces, while upper-level units have smaller balconies. The recently renovated rooms have light-wood furnishings and brightly colored accents, with satellite TV and large bathrooms.

To Whom It May Concern;
Our vacation was excellent once again. This is the third trip we have booked through beachdestinations.com and every time our hopes and expectations are met and exceeded! Presidente Inter-Continental is one of the oldest resorts in the Cabo area, but is very well maintained and the service and staff make up for any short-falls. The food was good and plentiful. We did spend another 10 days in the downtown Cabo San Lucas area and enjoyed the mixture of quiet at San Jose Del Cabo and the activity at Cabo San Lucas. We did use separately booked for airport transfers. This is the fourth different company we have employed, and the price, ease of use, and comfort exceeded our other experiences. We did take a couple of separately booked tours and they were enjoyable - The Sea Eye (a little pricey for the experience) and The Bucaneer Queen sunset cruise (one of the best values in the area). If anyone is looking for excellent, reasonably priced Italian food - go to Salvatore`s in downtown Cabo San Lucas.
