General Facility Description
This centrally located hotel overlooks the white sandy shores of Punta Cancun, however, the white-sand beach is long and shallow, with little area for sun bathing. The 150-yard pool terrace above the beach provides plenty of room to sunbathe and has padded lounge chairs. The free-form pool is along the terrace and half the length 75 yards, with a swim-up bar at one end and a large jacuzzi jet spa at the other end. Behind the pool is a play area for children and a thatched roof palapa with four hammocks while another palapa is open for outdoor massages. There is also a private beach club, two lighted tennis courts and a health club. The Krystal is perfect for adults and children alike.

Bogart's - Moorish style with slender arched windows and luxurious linens, Moroccan, Mexican, and Mediterranean styles are all blended for a unique dining experience. Open for dinner only.
Hacienda El Mortero - colorful and extremely casual restaurant serving seafood and regional Mexican food
Aquamarina - Situated so that it overlooks the pool and the Caribbean, buffet and a la carte breakfasts and a la carte dinners of Mexican cuisine and steaks

FINE CUTS OF MEAT, SHRIMP, LOBSTER AND SOME OTHER MENU ITEMS AT SPECIALTY RESTAURANTS HAVE AN APPLICABLE SURCHARGE OF $14 PER PERSON PLUS TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE.
Room Facility and Description
Two eight story wings house the 325 guestrooms, with views of the sea or Cancun Island. The rooms are decorated in a fun, colorful style and have tiled floors.

NH Concierge rooms feature special privileges such as access to open-air terrace on top of hotel, private concierge and check-in services and private lounge with big-screen TV. Complimentary Continental breakfast daily as well as tea, cocktails and appetizers in the afternoon.
