Thank you for following up on our Cancun trip. We were nervous about booking our trip online, but everything ran very smoothly.
We did a lot of research to make sure we picked the best hotel for us, and it was beautiful. We stayed at the Riu Cancun. We weren`t too happy about the first room we were in, but the front desk staff was kind enough to switch us on the following day, and that room was better.
The Riu Cancun is all-inclusive. The food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the buffets as opposed to the restaurants, believe it or not. All of the hotel, including the lobby, restaurants, etc. was kept immaculately. Beautiful pools, landscaping. The beach was also raked and cleaned each evening. This hotel is situated on a beautfiul stretch of beach.
We had no problem with the airport transfers. We had a private van, which was nice and convenient. The only minor complaint was that on the return trip to the airport, our flight was at 3:00 and they picked us up at the hotel at 11:30. (It`s only a 20-minute ride).
