General Facility Description
Located only nine miles from the airport, the Crown Paradise provides a beautiful view of the Caribbean, with unique architectural surroundings and tropical landscaping in the open atriums. This is a great family escape, with wonderful opportunities for children of all ages. It is also a wonderful resort for honeymooners; it has five floors of rooms reserved for couples only. There are several planned activities, pools and available sightseeing adventures. Enjoy all of the comforts of home, with pleasant accommodations and warm, friendly service.
Crown Paradise Club Cancun has been awarded the Cristal Certification by the Check Safety First company. The Cristal program was specifically designed for the Tourism Industry to meet the National and International standards of hygiene and security.
A 5 night minimum stay is required over Christmas and New Years.

They have a concierge and a business area with newspapers, magazine, computer, fax, e-mail available to them. They are given a special area to check in with concierge service and are given a cocktail service with canapés from 5pm-7pm daily, Wake up service with coffee and sweet rolls at door and continental breakfast in their VIP area. Guests may enjoy the option of one privately catered gourmet meal (limit 1 per stay, consult hotel upon arrival for details and to make arrangements).

OCEANVIEW RUN OF HOUSE

The Mini-Club for children between 4 to 12 year kids is open until 10pm with
activities such as games, handicrafts, contests, and trips to the waterpark.
There is the Baby Club, for 18 months to 3 year infants.
Land and water sports, and daily activities on the beach and pool-side from sunrise to sunset. Evening activities include The Factory nightclub, piano bar, cigar lounge, theme nights and Shows.

Tournet is the engine that runs our applications. Through an OEM agreement with Tournet we have been able to customize and enhance the source code to our particular needs.
The trip was very good. Our connection times going to and coming back were quite tight and if it were not for delayed departures on both ends we probably would have missed a connection. United lost our luggage on the way to Mexico due to the tight connections. And were out of clothing for a couple days and so had to buy some clothing and bathing suits prior to the arrival of our luggage.
The resort in general was fine. Kids enjoyed themselves and had fun. The resort was loud but we found the adults only area pool to be quiet and relaxing. In general we had a very nice vacation.
I would have no problem reccomending your services to any friends that make inquiries from me.
