My trip was fab. I can hardly wait to return. I want to go again @ Dec.
The food was wonderful..service was excellent..staff was most pleasant. I really really cannot say enough good about it. The air travel went along w/o one hitch as did the shuttles.
The only minor problem we encountered was one with the beach towels. We did not get the pass nor were we told about the transfer pass for them. Patricia Guerro was our rep.
I will return and return to the Mexican Riviera. Thank you so very much for asking.
And yes, I will recommend you to everyone.

Vast and beautifully interspersed with flowering gardens, palm trees, and immaculate grounds, the resort caters to families and couples seeking a full menu of activities and entertainment in addition to sunning and swimming. Each side of the resort, Beach and Caribe, contains a huge, free form pool. Each pool includes a shallow-water children's section. Sundecks around the pools are enormous, offering uncrowded lounge-chair space. The hotel buildings are colorful, all reds, yellows, oranges, and terra cottas, with bright blue accents.

hotel provide a wide variety of food, excellent service and friendly atmosphere:
Beach and Garden Buffets
- restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is no difference at
either buffet, the menu is standard with fresh fruit, eggs, and a variety of
meats, seafood, fresh breads, pastas, and desserts.
Capitan Morgan and Rancho Grande - beach grills
serving a lunch buffet, snacks and drinks. A wide variety of American dishes
and Mexican foods, great for guests who do not want to drag themselves in from
the beach or pool to a main buffet!
El Agave and Don Quijote - serving Mexican
and Spanish foods and wines, domestic beers and cocktails are included. Reservations
are required and there is a dress code. No open toe shoes or shorts. Women wear
dresses, skirts or dress slacks. Men wear long pants and collared shirts.

Guestrooms are located in five, three-story buildings facing toward the beach. Each building has a garden courtyard containing an oversized Mayan-inspired statue. Rooms are cool and comfortable, with textured, cream-colored walls, and red-marble accents. Each room has a balcony with views of the resort's lush tropical grounds and gardens. Bathrooms include a tub/shower combination. Compact refrigerators are stocked daily with beer, soft drinks, and bottled water as part of the All-Inclusive Plan.
