We had a wonderful experience with your website, and would recommend them to others planning a Latin vacation. The flights, hotels, and transfers were all arranged as requested, and the information provided to us allowed us to navigate everything seamlessly.
We had arranged for one tour, which was kind of a mixed experience. While we appreciated having the chance to visit the sites we wanted to see with transportation and a tour guide, we felt that there was a lot of wasted time because the tour started late, and then we were taken to a lunch destination that was both expensive and slow. It would have been nice to have been provided with more information about the plan for the day, as well as more choices about doing lunch on our own or other things that might have allowed us to do and see more at each of the stops. But our tour guide was very friendly and nice.
In all, however, the trip turned out very well, and we would likely use your website to book future trips.
