I had a fabulous time on my vacation to Los Cabos.
The hotel was very nice but only two problems in my room...... the toilet was not working right and my safe lock did not work (I did let them know this on the their comment card before I left). My reservation was in place and check in was a breeze (my other friends used diifferent web and they had problems.... I was very pleased with Beach Destinations.) I mentioned your web site to frens for future vacations.
The vouchers were very easy to print up from web site and thank you for the reminder email.
The transfer to and from the airport was on time. However when I got to Cabo airport I had to wait for other passengers about 30 min before we were able to head out to the hotel.
This was my first trip out of the States and it was great, thank you for your services. I will recommend to other friends / family in the future.
