Fishing enthusiasts and shoppers alike will appreciate the central location of the hotel, just a 5-minute walk from both the marina and the Puerto Paraiso shopping centre. Restaurants, bars, nightlife, the beach and sea can all be found in the immediate vicinity. In the Los Cabos area guests may never need a taxi or rental car.

The additional amenities and luxury designed villas unify both properties into one large beachfront resort. It offers 114 rooms in total and facilities include air conditioning, a lobby, 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange, cloakroom, lift access, bar, restaurant, Internet and WLAN access (both subject to fees) and room and laundry services (the latter subject to fees). Younger guests are sure to enjoy the playground. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car in the form of a car park and parking garage.

| Amenities include a huge outdoor infinity pool, swim-up bar, 12-person hot tub, an elevated pool area with the finest views of the Cabo Bay, a full spa, gymnasium and a beach club. There are three pools in total including a children's pool. Sun parasols are also available. The spa is located under the existing pool deck at the resort. This area is the perfect environment for the spa, as it is quiet and private. Additionally, it boasts a unique underwater view into the pool itself. The spa offers massage treatments, full body treatments, hand and feet treatments, as well as skin and hair removal. The beach is sandy and comes with sun loungers. Guests will also find a variety of watersports and other beach activities, including jet skiing, motor boating, diving, sailing, catamaran sailing and canoeing (all subject to fees). Golf can be found at the nearby Country Club, about a 30-minute walk away (subject to fees). Minigolf and entertainment and activity programmes for both young and old also feature.
