We had a great trip. The service was excellent and the staff very polite. The other key which people don`t realize is Mexico is a poor country and if people would tip a little more you get even better service.
The hotel was kept immaculate and was cleaned every day. Everyone was kind and courteous from cleaning to the waiters/waitresses in the restaurants.
I highly recommend the Vallarta Pallace to vacationers with families or couples that don`t mind being around the kids.
