| General Facility Description |
The magnificent Iberostar Tucan-Quetzal is a very popular All-Inclusive resort, nestled across 28 acres of lush jungle with a spectacular beachfront and artistic flair. Literally immersed in vegetation, stone laid walkways wind through a light forest of trees, with restaurants on raised platforms peering over lagoons filled with tropical goldfish. A gigantic thatched palapa rises over the lobby, with statues of Mayan figures and a pyramid shaped kiosk bar. Covered marble walkways lined with blue pillars pass beneath Mayan arches, leading to specialty restaurants and the main self serve Tulum dining room. An immense tri-sectioned pool appears like an oasis on the edge of the jungle. Water sports and world-class diving instruction are offered in the crystal-clear aqua Caribbean.
The complex consists of the Hotel Iberostar
Tucan (350 rooms) and the Hotel Iberostar Quetzal (350 rooms) in three-story buildings.

Standard rooms are available with either two double beds or one king size bed. They have private bathroom complete with bathtub, hairdryer, lighted cosmetic mirror and phone, cable TV, A/C, ceiling fan, in-room safe, complimentary mini-bar, coffee-machines, dvd player, iron, clock and a balcony or terrace.
