Martineau Bay Resort and Spa sits on 42 acres on the north shore of the island of Vieques, with 156 guestrooms and offers four-star elegance and service from its perch overlooking three private beaches on the Atlantic Ocean. It?s plantation style, tropical luxurious guest rooms blend unobtrusively into Vieques verdant natural environment.
Guest are greeted at the reception area of the resort?s Great House, where cathedral ceilings create an airy ambience and guests can admire ocean views from rocking chairs on its wraparound verandah. The resort also has two restaurants, a bar and lounge, spa and fitness center, tennis courts, and meeting House for intimate meetings and banquets. Guests have access to 42 pristine beaches, three of which are on property.

Paso Fino Restaurant:Situated
at the Great House, offers island Continental specialties and traditional continental fare. Seat 40 people indoors and 60 outside on the verandah for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a more formal setting. Guest can also enjoy fresh-grilled specialties in a more casual setting at the resort's Pool Grill, which is open for lunch and seats 50 people.
The Taino Bar and Lounge: Can accommodate 66 people both indoors and on the outdoor verandah.

All rooms are air-conditioned and are eqquiped with mini refrigerator, direct-dial phones with data ports, color TV with in-house movies, iron and ironing board, Hair Dryer, separate shower and bath tube, coffee maker, AM/FM clock radio, in-room safe and one king bed. Advance request for rollaway is important. Wireless access is available poolside, and in the resort lobby.

Activities
Two hard tennis courts and guest enjoy snorkeling, fishing, kayaking and sailing. Guests also receive complimentary access to the fitness center. Saltwater fly fishing, deep sea/offshore fishing, sailing, kayaking, hiking, biking and horseback riding can be arranged by the resort's attentive concierge staff.
