General Facility Description
Established by philanthropist Laurance Rockefeller, this fishing village-inspired resort stands St. Croix's rugged northwest coast. Carambola is the quintessential Caribbean beach experience with secluded private beaches and plenty of relaxation.
Carambola's staff caters to your every need, and you will surely be impressed by the wide range of amenities including a fitness room, restaurants, an outdoor pool and whirlpool, on-site auto rental, meeting facilities, dry cleaning service, and ocean side private beach.

Saman Room - Open-air dining room with seating also at umbrella
tables on terrace. Breakfast buffet and a la carte menu. With lunch menu of
sandwiches, salads, light meals, and dinner menu featuring Continental cuisine.
Lunch and dinner served only in winter season. Year-round Sunday brunch. Year-round
Friday-night Caribbean buffet. Mahogany Room - Air-conditioned, linen-service dining room
featuring Creole, Thai, and other cuisines with seafood and steaks. Dinner only.
Flamboyant Lounge and Restaurant - Poolside cafe serving appetizers
