The Jalousie Plantation, with the 100 Villas and Villa Suites blend into the mountain side and overlook Jalousie Bay. In addition there are 12 guest rooms located close to the main hotel buildings. The rainforest, drive-in volcano, botanical gardens and stunning natural waterfalls are close by.

The Jalousie Plantation features two buildings, each of six Sugar Mill rooms. The expansive bedrooms offer spacious bathroom, dressing rooms, sitting area and an open terrace. The hotel also offers 65 Villas and 35 Villa Suites, most with private plunge pool and patio with covered veranda and sleeper sofas. Villa Suites feature separate sitting area. Located in a very quiet area of the resort, with views of the Piton Mountains and the Caribbean Sea available.
