Almond Club and Spa invites you to enjoy a wide selection
of dining experiences, with different menus every day, ranging from exquisite
continental cuisine to the rich bounty of the Caribbean in tangy Bajan dishes.
Guests of the Club and Spa can also use Almond's free shuttle transportation to
dine at Almond Village just minutes away.
Sunset Restaurant - Open-air with
sea views. Buffet breakfast with omelet station. Buffet and a la carte lunch.
Afternoon tea including finger sandwiches, scones, and pastries. A la carte,
continental-cuisine dinner service six nights weekly. Friday night barbecue
buffet. Nightly entertainment. Dance floor. Dinner dress
code: long pants, collared shirts, closed-toe shoes (no sneakers) for men.
Enid's Restaurant - air-conditioned Bajan restaurant with colorful
linens and wall paintings. Dinner only. Reservations required. Dress

Tommy's Bar - Casual open-air spot featuring wood decor, pool
table, board-game tables. Snacks such as sandwiches late morning to early evening.
Piano Bar - air-conditioned cozy spot under two conical wood

The Almond Beach Club and Spa features 161 rooms, all certainly undermines their titles with views of tropical gardens or the endless horizon of the ocean. You can get full use of your view with your private patio or balcony. Decor features cool tropical colors and tile floors. Ceiling fans and louvered panels or windows provide a cooling alternative to air conditioning (all rooms have air conditioning). Larger rooms, the Superior Deluxe Rooms and the One Bedroom Suites, are outfitted with spacious living areas.

Diversions such as dining, water sports, activities and excursions are only part of the service. Almond presents a continuing playbill of entertainment, the days are filled with shopping excursions into Bridgetown, picnics overlooking the sea and tours of historic and beautiful Barbados. Daytrippers and night owls are both well entertained at Almond. You are urged to slip into something comfortable - the Salon and Spa at Almond Beach Club and Spa. In the cleansing heat of a Swedish sauna, beneath the firm hands of a trained masseuse, you'll reach a new depth of Almond luxury.
A courtyard contains a large, two-level pool which is divided by a waterfall and surrounded by tall tropical plants. The cool-water spa tub flows into another pool. There is a sunning lawn with lounge chairs and above the rocks fronting the resorts waterfront is a sand terrace furnished with lounge chairs. The Caribbean Sea washes up to coral-rock formations along the resort's water frontage.
Sandy Lane resort is near the Almond Beach Club, and offers three golf courses and a 450-yard driving range. Clubs and golf balls are available for rent. Designed by Tom Fazio, The Green Monkey championship course carved out of a coral stone quarry features panoramic sea views and The Country Club championship course features open fairways, five lakes, and sea views.
