| This hotel is the first Caribbean resort and offers an enchanting ambience. The truly unique property combines elegance, old-world charm and incredible natural beauty with a romantic sense of seclusion, creating a feeling among guests of having retreated to a spot on earth where life is truly simple. Built in 1700 and since fully restored, the hotel comprises 12 floors with a total of 202 rooms. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom and a lift in addition to a cafe, a newspaper stand a hairdressing salon, a casino, a games room, a restaurant, Internet access and conference facilities. Younger guests are able to participate in the kids club activities and there is a laundry service to take advantage of. Those arriving by car are able to make use of the hotel car park. |

There is a swimming pool, a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace where sun loungers have been laid out ready for use in the outdoor complex. It is possible to kick back and relax in the hotel Jacuzzi and an entertainment programme provides some variation and amusement for guests both young and old.
